Insecure content warning due to gravatar urls #164

I found the gravatar_url method, but I'm not familiar with Jekyll: it's in a plugins directory, so I take it that file shouldn't be upgraded directly?

FWIW, https gravatar URLs work, so this change should be minor 🤞
