The style for `h4` headers is too similar with the body #66

When using #### (which generates <h4> headers in the generated HTML), the title is too similar (maybe even the same CSS style?) with the text body, which makes it like it was part of the text.

For example in the recent article "Pod Authors Guide to CocoaPods Frameworks": h4-blog

We should adopt the same CSS as CocoaDocs, having <h1>-<h4> headers be in a different color than the rest of the text (in red?) and maybe even uppercased like in CD.

(Maybe we should poke Andy about that?)
