Use highlighting in search #367

Two things to note:

  1. I wasn't able to try this because my setup isn't completely right yet to run the site
  2. if we have people trying XSS in the summary or name, we should first sanitize it (can be done in indexer or here)

I also updated the powered by logo to be svg (and using upcoming branding)
