Fix footer bundle index of Contributing #185

I find that at the home page: https://guides.cocoapods.org/ CocoaPods Plugins And Contributing Back content is reverse wrong. I try to fix it. Please test and update!!

This order is on purpose, it structurally goes "user stuff" then "how to contribute" - thanks for the PR but it's fine as it is
