Are filters really necessary? #10

Or should we replace the iOS & OS X, iOS, OS X filters by simply displaying a result slightly different if it is iOS only? (For example by using a different background color, or a small iOS only icon, or using small iOS, OS X icons)

The reason to think about this is that some users reported that they didn't find pods that were iOS only (because they overlooked the filter).

Good point. I wonder if just a subtle background color is enough, though.

Probably it would have to be quite an unsubtle background color – or maybe something like a ribbon / border / other very discerning, but not too distracting feature.
