Cut off summaries over 140 characters. #18

As the summaries are indexed in the search engine, long summaries such as this one: http://cocoapods.org/?q=CHDataStructures are detrimental to the search quality.

Therefore, we cut it off.

I'm not sure when this was changed in Cocoapods but this has been done.
