Make DTASN1 be usable as a standalone static library. #51

I made these changes to enable me to use DTASN1 without the rest of DTFoundation in or game Coolson’s. No offence taken if you don’t want to use them, but thought you might want to see them.

...and, even if you do want to use them, they could maybe do with some cleanup (e.g. I just commented out some logging statements, which is a bit messy - I wanted to leave it as close as possible to your version though).
