Corruption Problems #5

So I'm trying to corrupt the PlayStation 2 BIOS with the Scares Scrambler (Build 22), and have configured all of the settings to my liking. But, after corrupting, PCSX2 does not recognize the corrupted BIOS file. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to adjust the values?

Debugging data: PCSX2 Version: v1.7.4373 BIOS to corrupt: SCPH-50003 Scares Scrambler Version: Build 22 Start Value: 2000 End Value: 4194304 (Auto End Enabled)
