This is still happening on latest version of docker image. https://github.com/Cocolabs-SAS/cocorico-docker/issues/24#issue-434613297

Use Docker volume instead directory map like: 

docker run --rm --name cocorico -ti -p 80:80  \
             -p 3306:3306 -p 9001:9001 -p 27017:27017  \
            -v `pwd`:/cocorico -v mysql:/var/lib/mysql -v mongo:/data/db \
            -e HOST_UID=$UID cocolabs/cocorico
