I wrote it here https://github.com/mono/MonoGame/issues/2297 but maybe it relates only to Cocos2DXNA project. Sorry for doubling of the issue.

Looks like there were some merge problems when I updated from the monogame upstream. I will address the items you mentioned on your MG issue in our fork.
