Fixes for Xamarin.Mac build of the mac tests. Fixed the WP8 deadlock problem. Many bug fixes from MonoGame. Added the parallax background node. Added the lightning effect and the lightning streak effect. Bug fixes in the scale9 sprite render. Some task handling fixes.
