Add a drop down auto-complete table cell #7

Need to come up with a drop down auto-complete table cell that can be used for 
table fields throughout the config panels where we have a list of choices. 
Examples are Camera.head, FeederLocation.feeder, Placement.part, Part.package.

See CamerasPanel.head and HeadCellValue for an example of a dropdown without 
auto-complete.

Now using AutoCompleteDecorator in FeederConfigurationWizard. Use that as a 
reference.
