[Suggestion] Have wind particles go the direction of the wind #4

Heya,

it seems like currently the wind particles always face the player, therefore going from left to right, no matter what direction you are facing.

Would it be possible to have them go the actual direction of the wind? As a means of seeing the wind without the Gust Gauge early on.

This is definitely something I want to do, but I'm not sure how exactly yet. I'll keep this open for now so I don't forget :)
