I always get a failed notification, even on passes #17

Hey, I just updated to 1.6.1, and installed the brew stuff but this is what I'm getting in all cases, with, or without cases: http://cl.ly/image/0r3S242s0V3O

Any idea?

It looks like it works in another project...but the icon is always the same...related?

That's strange. What's the output of your testsuite? What other gems are you using?

Icons should be fixed by #20, in release >= 1.6.2.

So, it's fixed for my other project where only the icon was missing. I need to look at it again soon-ish for the other, much bigger project that uses a whole bunch of gems. I'll keep you posted.

Ok great. Could you open a new issue if needed? I'll clean this one up.

I still have this on the main project I work on...no idea why. First thing that comes to mind is it uses zeus...but I disabled it and I still have the same problem. I disabled most of the config that are not default in Guardfile too, and it is still happening. No clue why. I'll look again at some point and report back here or open a new issue or PR.

If anyone get around this, please let me know.
