Guard not starting after update #21

I got this error after i updated terminal-notifier-guard and tried to start Guard

16:56:11 - ERROR - Invalid Guardfile, original error is:
> [#] undefined method `<' for nil:NilClass

Thanks for reporting. This happens when you do not have terminal-notifier installed. I fixed the check in 1.6.4.
