Alternate option to load list of contacts

Ideally we should think of several different options to get the list of friends from Facebook.

One option we can explore, that I find to be the most stable, is manual import.

User could try out apps such as Toolkit for Facebook and then import the list in the app.

For this purpose we need to:

• [ ] add a manual import section with a file picker, see this and perhaps this
• [ ] add necessary parsing logic and infrastructure to download friend info
