Timesheet: aggregation metrics #3

Currently there are no aggregation metrics, which can be beneficial for hiring managers and those looking to see total time worked for a given interval.

Acceptance Criteria) 1.) A new row is added to the end of the table, which is an aggregation of the total hours in that table. Any other beneficial aggregations should also be added here.
