📝 Description

changed the submit card file so that it changes the color of the card based on the current status of the time sheet (completed, in review, or rejected)
if the time sheet is rejected, we added a report comment at the bottom of the submit card

✔️ Testing

We ran the website and tested all possibilities of timesheet status. And we also checked that if the status is rejected, we display a report comment about it.
