Front-end: Connect Logout endpoint to Logout button #66

Purpose

Allow users to log out of their accounts

Description

Once users log out of their accounts, they should return to the generic view of the site. aka, what outstandinglife.org looks like right now

Members AND Admins:

[ ] Top bar should have the option to log in again
[ ] There will be no profile icon in the top bar that leads to a profile page

Just Admins:

[ ] Programs page will no longer have the "Create," "Edit," or "Delete" functionalities

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Cypress Tests
[ ] Browser testing + screenshots
