Generating OpenHab configuration file #2

Would be nice to have command line arguments to output item file

Hey @th-smith , I added support for file output as additional argument to program. It miss CSV output for now, but openhab configuration format without group and tag names can be easily transformed. For now I will split issue into two - file output and CSV format.
