The Broken Link Checker Should Not Warn for Each Redirect #788

This just clutters merge request diff-views as it tells us the redirect for a lot of links. I am fine with keeping them in the log output but they shouldn't prompt a warning marker within the diff.

I was unable to find an option to achieve this with mlc, hopefully https://github.com/becheran/mlc/issues/84 will help there.

With the corresponding MR being merged we now wait for a new release!
