User Story

As a website visitor, I want to navigate easily through the website so that I can find the information I need without any hassle.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The navigation bar is visible at the top of the website on all pages.
[ ] The navigation bar contains links to the Home, About, Services, and Contact pages.
[ ] On mobile devices, the navigation bar collapses into a hamburger menu that expands when clicked.
