enhancement of blog page #275

hey @Rizwan102003 I want to improve the design of blog page. It should be more attractive and user friendly. I can make it's UI better.

Please assign this task to me, So I can start working on it. Make sure to add Lebels gssoc-ext, hactoberfest, and level1, level2, level3.

@Rizwan102003 Making the header section more attractive like adding centering the blogs title and adding the hover effect to the card and read more button and adding the basic footer to the website. and some more small-small enhancements.
