[ADDED] Adding a translate option to the website #448 #449

Description:

Added the following translate button to all the page of the website to make it more accessible to the people speaking different languages. It identifies the language of your system automatically an then sets the language of the webpage to that language or you can manually set it to any language that you want.

@Rizwan102003 Please check this out and it would be great if you could assign this level 3 as I had to add it to every single page and check it as well, Thank you!

I do not think we need a translate feature for now. @KrishPatel1205 you should need create prs unless u have been assigned an issue. @SaurabhS55 @pulkitpathak99
