Describe the bug
Bug in the Nominatim API, blocking interaction with the geolocation (line 30).
We should refactor the weather_cog.py to remove the use of Nominatim API (openweather API should have a way to get geolocation via the name of the city inputted by the user.

Yes, the API is blocking the feature.
