Created an 8Ball command for giving 'Grace' some fun commands to mess with like this one, where you ask something and Grace will answer you randomly.

Okay It would be good if we could make a a channel for this and whenever there is a message in the channel it grace will reply in that channel also putting ::eightball everytime is boring . if we have a channel we can add a slowmode so people dont spam questions
