Add points regarding inclusion and equality to manifesto #1

It is of my opinion that having an including community is of great importance. Programming already has major issues with diversity and we must not worsen this and try our best to make it better.

Speculation: There is a shortage of programmers on the job market. An interesting observation is that there also is a shortage of nurses where females dominate among graduates. It seems that in occupations where one gender is underrepresented that significantly impairs the ability of the workforce to reach a size that meets demand.

I'd like feedback on this issue so that we can reach consensus before I write it into the manifesto.

The inclusion part was intentionally left out (for now) since we are not sure who we want our target members to be.

The equality bit is easy to talk about but harder to act upon, we will continue to ponder this issue and hopefully do something positive in the future.
