Event: Competitive Programming 101. #13

I'll organize the yearly competitive programming event this year as well, lecture about algorithmic competitive programming together with a warmup competition. Would like to do it around the 20th of September, then people have a chance to train a bit more before NCPC, compared to last year, when we had it about a week later.
