bug fix: deleteMany return a Promise. Also NPI also need to be cleared. #350

bug fix: deleteMany return a Promise, not an iterable array. Also NPIs still got the problem of not being cleared when info was removed from the GSheet. So clear all data before insert or update again for each country tab.
