Custom Layout for Node Course Content #27

It would be nice for each course to have it's own layout page, whose look is customized for the course. For example, the node course layout might use a black and green colorscheme, and include Node.js, Express, or MongoDB co-branding alongside CTD branding. The course layout can also have useful sidebar info relevant to the course, interactive widgets, easter eggs, or really anything else useful to students in their learning journey.

For now, while it's not clear which courses would use this site, it would at least be nice to start a custom layout for the Node course.

Hm, I think we don't want to go here yet – how we want to integrate look & feel w/ CTD learns remains a moving target.
