Overview of changes

Update to .mdx files and add buttons for navigating between lessons
tweaked some phrasing/grammar throughout the lesson material and assignment
wrapped code in tagged code fences (eg: " ```js") or <code> blocks as needed for correct highlighting

Material changes

The content of the lesson material here was incorrectly a duplicate of lesson 3's content. I fixed by grabbing the up-to-date content from the live site: https://learn.codethedream.org/ctd-node-lesson4-fall2023/

Otherwise nothing urgent; I reworded some things and added a couple links but I didn't find any bugs or issues that need to be brought into the Wordpress version with any haste. Nor did I add any significant bits of content for this week's lesson.
