Overview of changes

Update to .mdx files and add buttons for navigating between lessons
tweaked some phrasing/grammar throughout the lesson material and assignment
wrapped code in tagged code fences (eg: " ```js") or <code> blocks as needed for correct highlighting

Material changes

Really nothing to call out here. Opened a PR in the node-express-course repo to propose adding a comment explaining the modulo operator in the optionalArrayMethodsReviewExtraAssignment file: https://github.com/Code-the-Dream-School/node-express-course/pull/126
