Update to .mdx files and add buttons for navigating between lessons
tweaked some phrasing/grammar throughout the lesson material and assignment
wrapped code in tagged code fences (eg: " ```js") or <code> blocks as needed for correct highlighting

Fixed the timestamp of the video in the learning materials. Otherwise, nothing really to call out here.
