[Discord bot] Community contributor snippet generation, download and link to add on GitHub-P1 #43

Goal: Issuing snippet of stats for a contributor for posting on social media (GitHub, LinkedIn etc)

User Type: Community contrinutor

Usecase:

[x] Registered contributor

Goes to Certificates and DPG profile
Clicks on DPG profile

[x] The DPG stats image is generated for the GitHub id mapped to that discord id with the option to download the image onto the user's device
[x] Additionally, the link to that image is also generated with steps to add that image onto the user's GitHub profile (already exists)

Snippets are being generated but the snippet ui/format needs to be shared and updated.
