Refresh button. #167

Should we keep it? Even though the site refreshes by it self virtually every minute. Needs new implementation. Pull down to refresh? Thoughts, Concerns, Fights?

It would be helpful to set up event tracking to determine how often the button gets used. I'll look at addressing in #168 so we can start gathering information.
