LocalWiki integration. #17

stanzheng brought up the idea after talking with Ben (bschoenfeld, I assume) about using the LocalWiki HRVA and the LocalWiki API to have the wiki provide data for the frontend in a way it can accept.

We would essentially take the existing data provided by LocalWiki HRVA and filter it down to the model expected by iArtNorfolk. This may take some time.

Going to put this on the backburner for now. We could likely use this API to integrate with LocalWiki later.
