geojson pts #26

Converted json stream via Issue #24 using @konklone 's json to csv converter then used @mapbox 's geojson.io to convert csv to geojson. Points can be viewed directly in GitHub and can even be edited on the fly using the github/geojson chrome plugin

Hey, sorry man, we'd have to commit this to the art api project instead, replacing exhibits.json with this file and modifying the HTTP GET functions as necessary.
