From Results, link each Candidate to a page about them

As a Voter I would like to read more information about my matched candidates.

For each Candidate, insert a hyperlink to a web page about them.

It could be a campaign homepage, a Facebook page. If The Virginia-Pilot publishes a Q&A online we can link to that.
