9 years ago Unsure. I understand no one uses UV but it's not a tool problem and I don't see a need to close UV and/or make a "switch" to something else no one will use. Or maybe it will be used but only by GitHubbers and therefore narrow pool for ideas. No reason to not also use the New Idea label in GitHub though. They are just separate things. And it's not a tool problem anyway. Sourcing and curating ideas from the public isn't a priority. If it was we'd probably see activity on UV.

Sure the upvoting and stuff is easier for non-githubers to understand, but we don't talk about it meetings, etc. I just created a "New Idea" Label here that we could direct people to use for their ideas. I also put a screenshot in the README of this repo to help noobs.
Should we move the popular ideas over and update that site to indicate this as replacement? Reason to stick with UV?
