Create CNAME #8

You'll need this CNAME as well as to set the master branch in GH pages. Also, point your DNS to the Github IP addresses.

Thanks Carl! You're right we do need that. Yeah we still need to setup our DNS.

It turns out another repo (also Code for Newark, but before my time) is using that CNAME. They don't allow two repos with the same CNAME. I will remove the CNAME in this repo for now, and will try to track down which repo is using our CNAME.
