Restyle syntax highlighting in editor

Currently there is three types of syntax highlighting:

• code (in backticks or tabbed in - although four spaces isn't respected) shown in green
• urls (even outside of markup) in underlined blue (looks clickable but it isn't)
• inline HTML shows up in purple for tags, red for attributes, blue for attribute values, but it breaks pretty easily

None of this is probably required and it makes the screen look a bit messy.

I propose getting rid of all the colour but making the Markdown markup characters and URLs slightly lighter than the rest of the text.

i am gonna give this a try. however, i am no good with wpf so please feel to work on this issue.
