Can't drag main window #168

Program launches just fine but it's not possible to drag the window. I can resize and in that way move the window but actual dragging doesn't work.

Hmm, apparently dragging doesn't work from the top of the window.

IIRC this could be a bug in the UI framework we use (it's been a while but I believe I have run into that issue before)
