Application crash #169

I'm using Carnac 2.1.142 to capture Visual Studio shortcuts (for screencasting). Sometimes it crash with exception:

System.Threading.AbandonedMutexException was unhandled
Message: An unhandled exception of type 'System.Threading.AbandonedMutexException' occurred in Squirrel.dll
Additional information: Leaked a Mutex!

I simply started debugging session after crash. I know that this is caused by third party library but I want to to let you know first. Hopes this will help you.
