Add Settings context menu #189

At first I thought i couldn't change the offset, or any settings at all. Just before I deleted it I found out that there were settings if you (double) click the tray icon.

Please make a context menu for Settings. Thanks!

Just Left Click the Icon, than you will see the Preference window.

I understand, as I figured it out on time, but it is not intuitive.

@KoalaBear84 I made a fork and fixed lots of bugs including this one. You can visit my forked repo to install the latest version.

You can simply download the installer: https://doggy8088.github.io/carnac/publish/setup.exe This version includes an Auto Update feature by ClickOnce.

Great, maybe you can also make PRs for it so it can be transferred back to the main repository.

I think the repo owner is out of this project for long time. Let's why so many issues and PRs has no progress.
