Win key inconsistencies #258

Win hotkeys show in a format that's not consistent with other modifiers such as Alt or Ctrl. Some examples:

Hotkey Shows Issue
Alt + Q Alt + Q none
Alt + Shift + Q Alt + Shift + Q none
Ctrl + Q Ctrl + Q none
Ctrl + Shift + Q Ctrl + Shift + Q none
Win + Q Win + q Q is lowercase
Win + Shift + Q Win + Q Shift is not shown
