Add option to show combined keyboard modifiers in real-time #271

Some apps exhibit different behaviour when different combinations of modifiers are held. For instance, while dragging the end of a line, Alt might turn on Ortho mode, Alt+Ctrl might restrict to 45/90deg mode, etc. I don't think I've seen a way for Carnac to do this, but it would be handy. I see combined modifiers when a mouse is pressed, but that's not the only time I want to see them. Thanks in advance.

Similarly, I was hoping the Windows key presses (open the start menu) will show up, but they don't because the key is not being combined with something else.

Expected:

Press the Windows key

To:

Show the Windows Key logo

Same goes with other modifiers by it's own: Ctrl, Alt
