Redone previous PR,

Changes; Styled the radio buttons. Replaced them with very simple and minimalistic rectangular buttons. Change it a litt more in 2nd commit, used a few lines in buttons to represent text lines ( bad idea? ) Binded the sliders directly to offset settings and textboxes to slider values. Also binded placement radio button margin to "Margins"

-Still not tested on multi monitor setup
