Ladder Dispenser won't retract ladder

If the dispenser is placing both types of ladders it won't retract on the same redstone pulse as when started unless both types has a surplus of ladders to be placed.

Examples:

• Placing 2 sturdy and 4 rope without surplus of both types: Ladders will not retract (unless another redstone pulse is given)
• Placing 2 sturdy and 4 rope with surplus of both types: Ladders will retract (on same redstone pulse as initiated)
• Placing 4 sturdy and 4 rope withouth surplus of both types: Ladders will not retract (unless another redstone pulse is given)
• Placing 4 sturdy and 4 rope with surplus of both types: Ladders will retract (on same redstone pulse as initiated)
