If ladders should be able to be outputed on the sides and not just top/bottom of the Ladder Dispenser some things need to be considered:

Which orientation should the ladder be placed on the side? Broad side towards dispenser as you would place it looking at the dispenser, or with side toward dispenser as the dispenser would have slid one pice out the side.
How would it handle multpli ladders on same side? Which one is based at the dispenser and which one will begin one block above/below it?
Enable it so that one type of ladder can be outputed on one side, and the other on the other side?

All ladders no mather type will be outputed to same side. Ladders can be mixed freely. If you manage to put something non-ladder into the dispenser it will "choke" trying to place and then pull ladders in again.

This is done feauter whise, but needs more debugging before merged into master.

In gui branch you have changed Ladder Dispenser logic which is causing your endless loop aka "choke" bug. In master branch there is no such bug.

You are not a great reader. Choke"bug" is clearly marked as intended feature in my commits

It will need to be pointed out very clearly that this is intended and not a bug for the masses to understand - as we discussed. But ok.
