Enchanted ammo can have effects

• [ ] Stat upgrades stack infinitely
• [ ] A single bullet can have 1 special effect
• [ ] new special effects override old special effect
• [ ] certain stat upgrades synergize with certain special effects (e.g. size and explosion, damage and poison)

Stats:

• [ ] Damage Up
• [ ] Bullet Speed (up and down)
• [ ] Bullet Scale (up and down)
• [ ] Shot Speed Up (when next shot can be fired)

Special effects:

• [ ] Poison
• [ ] Fire
• [ ] Explosion
• [ ] Slowness
• [ ] Stun
• [ ] Chain lightning / electricity
• [ ] Piercing (is not destroyed when hitting an enemy)
